Job Description

We're looking for a GTM Engineering Lead to
own the data infrastructure that drives who we sell to and how we find them.
You'll build and run the enrichment stack, define our ICP and segmentation
model, and make sure the right accounts land with the right sellers — through
clean routing logic, sharp signal processing, and data that actually holds up
under pressure. This isn't a support role. You'll be the technical foundation
of our go-to-market motion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the enrichment vendor stack — evaluate, select, and manage
data providers (including Clay as the primary operating platform) to
ensure account and contact coverage meets GTM needs across all regions and
    segments
  • Build and maintain the ICP and segmentation framework — define
and continuously refine the criteria that determine who we target,
including firmographic rules, product fit signals, intent data, and T1-T4
    account tiering
  • Own lead and account routing logic — ensure inbound and
outbound records are accurately scored, enriched, segmented, and assigned
to the right seller or SDR without manual intervention
  • Run TAM and coverage analysis by region, segment, and product
line — surface gaps and prioritise where the commercial organisation is
    underweight against its addressable market
  • Operationalise intent and signal data — evaluate buying signal
and technographic sources and build automated workflows that surface
prioritised targets to SDRs and AEs at the right moment. Own contact data
quality standards and run the weekly bad-data feedback loop with sellers.
Support SDR and AE prospecting data strategy and partner with Marketing on
audience segmentation for outbound campaigns and ABM targeting

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Computer
Science, Economics, Marketing) or equivalent proven experience
  • 5-8 years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Revenue
    Intelligence, or a data-focused role supporting a go-to-market
    organisation
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required
  • Hands-on proficiency in Clay is required — you will use it
daily to build and manage enrichment workflows, segmentation logic, and
    data waterfalls
  • Deep experience with data enrichment and intelligence platforms
(e.g. ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Bombora, 6sense, Clearbit or equivalents)
  • Strong understanding of ICP development, account segmentation,
    and territory coverage modelling
  • Experience building and managing lead routing workflows and
    assignment logic
  • Comfortable working with large datasets — able to clean, model,
and derive insights from account and contact data independently
  • Familiarity with intent data, technographic signals, and ABM
    data strategies
  • Strong cross-functional communicator. Experimental mindset —
tests ideas, validates signals, and turns feedback loops into better
    systems
  • 5-8 years experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology
company with a multi-region GTM motion

We are offering

•Good compensation - Competitive € salary plus benefits package.
•Development opportunities.
•Challenging but also a friendly working environment.
•And much, much more...
