Main Responsibilities

After raising €5.5M in early 2022 and €10M in our Series A in 2023, Qobra has spent 2024 and 2025 in full-speed growth mode. Now it's time to level up.

We've acquired over 250 customers across France and Europe in just four years. Our next ambition? Dominate the European market and launch in the US in early 2026.

As part of the Revenue team, you'll play a key role in Qobra's Go-to-Market success. After three years building a rock-solid outbound stack, we're ready to scale.

From day one, we’ve focused on giving our GTM team the best tools possible (N8N, Outreach, Userled, Clearbit, Vector, LinkedIn Ads, and more). The goal? To build the Formula 1 of outbound engines.

Implement Growth & Automation Workflows

  • Design, build, and implement AI-powered GTM systems.

  • Work with APIs to integrate best-in-class GTM tools (Captain Data, Cargo, n8n etc.).

  • Leverage data enrichment tools, automation, and AI agents to generate scalable sales and marketing workflows.

Execute and Optimize Outbound & Programs

  • Deploy and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls).

  • Develop automated engagement nurturing journeys to reach prospects.

  • Implement robust feedback loops to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on key signals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategies with business goals.

  • Optimize CRM workflows (Salesforce) and implement real-time lead scoring and routing mechanisms.

Technical Execution & Data Strategy

  • Use SQL and APIs to connect and orchestrate growth automation tools.

  • Perform data analysis, pipeline reporting, and revenue attribution to optimize GTM motions.

  • Ensure that GTM data is structured and actionable for scaling revenue teams.

GTM Tool Implementation & Experimentation

  • Continuously evaluate and implement the latest GTM technologies.

  • Run growth experiments to test new strategies and optimize conversion rates.

Key Tools & Skills

Must-Have:

  • Growth Automation & Data Tools: Experience with Captain Data, Clay, Cargo, Clearbit, or similar platforms.

  • N8N experiences

  • LLM Prompting & AI Workflow Design: Comfortable working with OpenAI for GTM automation.

  • CRM Systems: Expertise in Salesforce (HubSpot is a plus).

  • Outbound & Email Automation :Familiarity with Lemlist, Instantly, Outreach, Smartlead or similar tools.

  • Technical Proficiency: SQL, APIs, data pipeline management.

  • English professional fluency

Nice to Have:

  • Python or JavaScript For deeper automation and integrations.

  • Experience in GTM Systems & RevOps: Understanding of data structures, lead scoring, pipeline reporting.

  • Background in Data Science or Growth Engineering: Experience in data modeling, enrichment, or AI-driven personalization.
