Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Engineer, Growth Marketing based in India.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of growth marketing, data, automation, and revenue operations.
You will build the intelligence and systems that help identify the right accounts, audiences, and expansion opportunities.
Working across demand generation, customer expansion, and pipeline conversion, your work will directly influence measurable revenue outcomes.
You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on building, using CRM, product usage, intent, and campaign data to drive smarter decisions.
The role offers significant ownership, with the opportunity to design scalable workflows and automation from the ground up.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, customer teams, and leadership in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Success will be measured by the quality of audiences you create, the efficiency you unlock, and the pipeline and revenue impact you generate.

Accountabilities:

  • Mine CRM, product usage, and intent data to identify new market segments, high-value accounts, and customer expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospecting and marketing audiences segmented by industry, lifecycle stage, behavioral signals, and account characteristics.
  • Analyze customer adoption and usage patterns to identify cross-sell, upsell, retention, and wallet-share opportunities.
  • Define and operationalize ICP and account scoring within CRM and marketing platforms to prioritize high-signal accounts.
  • Build systems connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, from initial engagement through opportunity creation.
  • Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and product marketing teams to design and automate multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and SDR outreach.
  • Translate intent and behavioral signals into actionable campaign audiences and account-level marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain closed-loop attribution frameworks connecting advertising, campaign engagement, CRM, and opportunity data.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual list building, campaign setup, and operational effort.
  • Integrate CRM, product usage, intent, advertising, and enrichment data into unified views that enable faster marketing decisions.
  • Create data models linking customer engagement and product usage to potential revenue expansion, providing prioritized accounts to commercial teams.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards covering audience quality, match rates, engagement, pipeline influence, expansion revenue, and campaign ROI.
  • Run structured experiments across audiences, messaging, and channels, analyzing results and turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Evaluate and pilot AI and automation tools to accelerate research, segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution while maintaining data quality.
  • Document systems, workflows, and data definitions to ensure the growth infrastructure remains scalable and maintainable.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or fintech environment.
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms, including building lists, workflows, and reports.
    • Strong SQL and Snowflake skills, with the ability to independently query and analyze large datasets.
    • Demonstrated experience connecting marketing activity to pipeline or revenue outcomes through attribution models or closed-loop reporting.
    • Experience using product usage, behavioral, or customer engagement data to inform marketing strategy and prioritization.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to formulate hypotheses, query data, test assumptions, and act on findings.
    • Experience with intent data platforms such as 6sense, Bombora, or ZoomInfo and familiarity with GA4 is highly desirable.
    • Experience with data enrichment platforms such as Clay, Clearbit, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
    • Familiarity with Heap or comparable product analytics platforms is preferred.
    • Experience with Python or JavaScript for lightweight automation, scripting, or API integrations is a plus.
    • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate research, segmentation, analysis, and workflow automation.
    • Experience in mortgage technology, fintech, lending SaaS, or a similar environment is strongly preferred.
    • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to evaluate work based on pipeline and revenue impact rather than activity alone.
    • A hands-on, builder-oriented approach with the initiative to find data, create solutions, and solve problems independently.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to validating work before deployment.
    • Ability to work quickly and pragmatically in a fast-moving environment while balancing speed with accuracy.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills across marketing, sales, product, customer teams, and leadership.
    • Ability to work effectively with teams operating on U.S. Eastern Time.
    • Benefits:

      • Remote-first working environment with flexibility to work from India.
      • Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, fintech, growth marketing, data, and revenue operations.
      • High ownership and autonomy in a newly established role with significant scope to build systems from the ground up.
      • Collaborative culture centered on empathy, curiosity, humility, and ownership.
      • Opportunities to work with modern CRM, data, automation, analytics, and AI technologies.
      • Professional growth and exposure to cross-functional commercial and product teams.
      • Inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
      • Opportunity to make a measurable impact on pipeline, customer expansion, and revenue growth.
