What You Will Do
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies using HubSpot to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Automate workflows and integrate systems using Zapier to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Utilize Python for data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making in marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2-6 years of experience in a marketing or growth-focused role, preferably within a startup environment.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management.
- Experience with Zapier for workflow automation and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights using Python.
