Role: GTM Engineer (Mid-Senior level)

Location: 100% Remote or hybrid working from one of our offices in Turin, Paris or Vienna

We've grown fast — but too much of our revenue motion still runs on manual, rep-driven work: building pipeline, preparing deals, onboarding customers, spotting expansion and churn risk. As our GTM Engineer, you won't add more headcount to the problem: you'll replace it with AI, data and automation. You'll build the AI-driven systems that power our revenue engine from first signal to renewal, treating go-to-market like a product — every play is an experiment you test small, measure, and scale when it works. This is a genuine greenfield role: RevOps owns the foundation (clean data, routing, reporting), and you build the revenue plays that run on top of it, across four markets, hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and regional leadership.

Your Mission at Accessiway

You will build the AI-driven systems that run our revenue motion end-to-end, focusing on:

• Building AI & Agentic Systems: embedding AI into every stage of the revenue motion, with guardrails that keep output accurate and on-brand at scale.
• Generating Pipeline: running outbound and inbound motions, personalised across markets and languages, and owning deliverability.
• Automating Deals & Onboarding: automating research, call prep and CRM updates, surfacing deal risk early, and building a seamless handoff to Customer Success.
• Driving Renewal & Expansion: detecting expansion signals and churn risk early, and turning them into upsell and renewal plays together with Customer Success.
• Owning Data & Enrichment: building enrichment pipelines that turn CRM, product usage, conversation and intent data into clean inputs for every play.
• Experimenting & Scaling: tracking outcomes across the journey, killing weak plays fast and scaling what works.

Your first year: You'll start with pipeline generation, where impact is fastest to prove. After around six months, you'll extend the same systems into deals, onboarding, expansion and retention, prioritising alongside Sales and Customer Success.

What we're looking for in you

• AI as building material: deep, hands-on experience using AI and LLMs to build GTM systems — you treat AI as a tool you build with, not a novelty.
• Strong systems thinking: you know what's worth automating, write clear decision rules, and build guardrails that keep output accurate at scale.
• A true tools power-user: hands-on experience with Clay or similar enrichment and workflow-automation platforms, API fluency, and comfort with no-code, low-code and light scripting.
• Strong data literacy: you're at ease with enrichment waterfalls and messy, multi-source data.
• B2B SaaS track record: proven experience in pipeline generation and a real understanding of the full revenue lifecycle.
• An experimental reflex: you measure by outcomes, not activity — you test small, learn fast and scale what works.
• You are fluent in English: it's crucial for collaborating across our four markets.

Extra Bonus Points if:

• You have HubSpot and Gong (or similar conversation intelligence) experience.
• You have multi-region, multi-language outbound experience.
• You've built plays on product usage data or worked closely with Customer Success.
• You have a background in RevOps, growth or marketing operations.
• You have a passion for Digital Accessibility (WCAG) and want to become an expert in the field.
