GTM Engineer

What You Will Do

• Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to technically support the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery through post-sales implementation.
• Build and maintain technical demos, proof-of-concept integrations, and enablement tooling that showcase the depth of AI capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing customers, translating complex AI and coding concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Identify patterns across customer needs and provide actionable insights to the product and engineering teams.
• Develop technical content, documentation, and integration guides to accelerate customer onboarding and time-to-value.
• Support the design and execution of scalable go-to-market programs that leverage engineering expertise to unlock new market opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical GTM roles.
• Strong software development fundamentals with fluency in reading, writing, and reasoning about code.
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders in a technical capacity.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while working cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor technical depth to diverse audiences.

Preferred

• Prior experience at an AI-native or developer-tools company.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, coding assistants, or AI reasoning systems.
• Experience building integrations or navigating complex technical ecosystems.
• Background in solutions engineering, developer relations, or technical program management.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $400K, commensurate with experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology and its application in the software development landscape.
