veritree is seeking a GTM Engineer who has experience building and scaling outbound sales infrastructure. Someone who can understand our current motion, identify exactly where we’re leaking, and build systems that make our sales and marketing teams measurably faster and more effective. You’ll evaluate, implement, and manage tools across our GTM stack and build integrations between tools where off-the-shelf connections fall short. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and RevOps — which means you’re translating field intelligence into system improvements in near real-time. Expect regular touchpoints with Sales leadership on pipeline quality, and direct collaboration with BDRs on sequencing and targeting.

veritree ensures that compensation is reviewed fairly and consistently, with opportunities for salary progression tied to sustained performance. As such, the salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 CAD.
This range is positioned around the 50th-75th percentile of market data we’ve collected, reflecting our commitment to competitive pay. Final offer amounts are based on individual experience and skillset of the candidate demonstrated during the recruitment process.
We reserve the >75th percentile of our salary ranges for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at veritree.
