Job Description

Experience: 5–8+ years

Location: Gurugram

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events — with capabilities including APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, AI Observability and more — enabling customers to enhance operational efficiency while reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

We are seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-enabled systems that power our revenue engine. This is a builder role focused on rapid development, AI-enabled engineering, and scalable automation across the GTM lifecycle. You will leverage modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, LLM-based copilots) to rapidly prototype, deploy, and optimize internal GTM applications and integrations. You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps — building scalable technical solutions and systems that support pipeline generation, quoting, forecasting, billing, revenue analytics and also eliminate manual processes, enhance decision-making, and accelerate go-to-market velocity.

This role is not focused on reporting or operational support. It is focused on engineering systems that scale revenue. The GTM Engineer translates revenue strategy into engineered systems. Instead of maintaining spreadsheets or manual workflows, you design scalable infrastructure that encodes revenue logic into software.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Revenue Engineering & AI-Enabled Automation

● Design and deploy AI-enabled automation workflows across Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, and billing systems

● Build AI-assisted validation, enrichment, and scoring logic within revenue workflows

● Rapidly prototype internal tools using AI-supported development workflows

● Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GPT-based tools) to accelerate development and deployment of GTM systems

Full Stack Development for GTM

● Develop backend services and APIs to extend CRM and GTM platforms

● Build lightweight frontend applications for internal sales and revenue teams

● Design and implement middleware integrations

● Write scalable, maintainable production-grade code

Intelligent Automation & Revenue Infrastructure

● Engineer automated workflows that eliminate manual quoting, forecasting, and reporting processes

● Encode revenue business logic into scalable system rules

● Build services for pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and deal intelligence

● Develop data pipelines supporting GTM analytics

Ownership & Impact

● Build scalable internal platforms rather than ad-hoc workflows

● Significantly improve GTM efficiency through engineered automation and AI deployment

● Reduce revenue operational overhead through engineered systems

Focus Salesforce technical execution under the guidance of a Salesforce Architect

● Implement scalable Salesforce automation and custom logic aligned with architectural standards

● Support complex object models, data relationships, permissions, and automation frameworks

● Assist with testing, deployment, and change management

● Maintain Salesforce technical documentation and policy

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field

● Strong backend development experience (Python, Node.js, or similar)

● Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices

● Frontend development experience (React or similar frameworks)

● Experience working with Salesforce APIs and platform integrations

● Experience building internal business applications

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

● Strong database and data modeling knowledge

● Experience using Git and modern deployment workflows

AI & Modern Development Requirements

● Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, GPT-based tools)

● Ability to leverage LLMs for rapid prototyping, debugging, and automation

● Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflow design

● Interest in applying AI models to revenue optimization and GTM efficiency

What Success Looks Like

● Manual GTM processes are replaced with AI-enabled engineered systems

● Revenue operations become increasingly automated and self-serve

● Internal tools are deployed rapidly using AI-accelerated development

● GTM infrastructure scales without linear headcount growth
