Role Purpose

The GTM & Digital Platforms Lead (Associate Director) drives go-to-market execution for digital experience capabilities and acts as a primary conduit between brand teams and delivery teams, translating marketing needs into clear, buildable requirements and release plans. This role ensures digital platform execution is aligned to standards, compliant, and measurable—particularly across web experience delivery and integrated activation moments.

Scope & Leadership Expectations

  • Drives consistency and reuse through standard patterns, templates, and enablement.
  • Partners closely with agencies and delivery teams to reduce friction and improve time-to-market.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Brand-to-Delivery Translation: Convert brand objectives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans; maintain a high-quality intake-to-delivery pipeline.
  • Launch & Release Readiness: Ensure platform changes support brand GTM timelines (launches, major moments, critical updates) with readiness, validation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Cross-Capability Coordination: Partner with MarTech, Content, and Omnichannel leads to align platform experiences with orchestration, content supply, consent, and measurement foundations.
  • Documentation & Enablement: Maintain enablement artifacts (quick-start guides, process documentation) to improve agency and brand efficiency.
  • Governance & Standards Execution: Enforce platform standards (templates, measurement prerequisites, security/compliance basics) to reduce fragmentation and rework.

Decision Rights

  • Final approval of intake quality (definition of ready) before work enters delivery pipeline.
  • Authority to sequence and recommend prioritization across competing brand needs (within agreed governance).
  • Go/no-go recommendation for release readiness for brand-critical deployments.

Key Stakeholders

Brand teams, agencies/AORs, delivery partners, platform teams, MarTech lead, content lead, operations lead, analytics/data stakeholders, Global DD&T counterparts as needed.

Qualifications / Experience

  • 8–12+ years in digital platform GTM, web platform delivery, digital product/program leadership, and agency partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and deliver in regulated environments
