About the Role and Team

This internship role supports the development, structuring, and improvement of DNV processes and procedures related to the ICT schemes. The role will contribute to aligning internal documentation and operational practices with relevant DNV ICPs, governance requirements, and scheme-specific needs, while helping build a consistent and scalable foundation for all ICT service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the review and development of DNV processes, procedures, templates, and guidance documents related to ICT Sales, Marketing & Delivery.
  • Map existing internal practices against applicable DNV ICPs and identify areas requiring clarification, improvement, or additional documentation.
  • Assist in structuring process flows, work instructions, and supporting documents for consistent implementation across teams.
  • Help consolidate input from relevant stakeholders and transform them into clear, usable, and controlled documentation.
  • Support gap analysis activities related to ICT governance, service delivery, and documentation needs.
  • Contribute to the preparation of drafts for internal procedures, checklists, reference material, and process support content.
  • Identify the areas of AI in ICT Sales & Delivery
  • Carry out other assigned tasks supporting the development of ICT -related operational readiness within DNV.

• Hands-on exposure to the development of processes and procedures within a global assurance organization.
• Practical experience in documentation aligned with governance, quality, and scheme requirements.
• Opportunity to work on an emerging topic in automotive software quality management.
• Experience in collaborating with technical and scheme management professionals.

  • Strong interest in automotive standards, management systems, and certification-related activities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively with structured documentation
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to DNV internal governance and documentation practices
  • Professional attitude with strong reliability and ability to meet assigned timelines
  • Final-year Engineering / BCA / MCA student, or recent graduate in a relevant field
  • Educational background in automotive, software, electronics, computer science, industrial engineering, quality, or related disciplines preferred
  • Keen interest in process development, documentation, quality management systems, and automotive software quality
  • Good analytical mindset with structured thinking abilities
  • Ability to read, interpret, and organize technical and procedural information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capability to work independently with guidance and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
