Main Missions
GTC Efficiency Management:
Optimize the headcount efficiency and the facilities management
Ensure efficiency of the R&D support services
Transversalization of the good practices across GTCs
Optimize the efficiency of the digital tools & labs sharing
Build and follow-up budget.
Help build and facilitate a strong relationship and synergies with Divisions and Group Discipline leaders
Foster a work environment that attracts, motivates and retains key talent.
GTC Team Management
Direct the site R&D resources towards the divisions and relative discipline directions.
Team’s performance and workload measurement and monitoring
Ensure availability of the right competences, learning and expertise needs to achieve the target missions.
Responsibilities
Manage the site activities:
GTC Site management:
Manage and optimize all facilities of the site
Manage the structure (HR, Fin, HSE, IS, Admin)teams in alignment with their respective networks.
Optimize the organization of the R&D Teams in the GTC together with Discipline and Divisions Managers.
Animate transversal metier activities to leverage GTC efficiency in close loop with Group Discipline Managers
Build and follow-up budget.
Identify potential synergies with other GTCs
With theDigital IS and IS and disciplines ensure the standard tools are existing and properly shared and used and optimize the efficiency of the tools and lab sharing.
Develop the 5 axes plan - including safety - according to Valeo policies; as well as norms and regulations (ISO/TS, ASPICE…);
Manage the risks of the site through updated BCP (Business Continuity Plan).
GTC Team Management
Direct the site R&D resources towards the divisions and relative discipline directions.
Measure and Monitor the team's workload and performance and report if any issue either from the team or from divisions or disciplines.
Ensure positive operations between the different teams: balance workload & best practices sharing together with Discipline and Divisions Managers.
With Knowledge manager and HR avail the right competences, learning and expertise needed to achieve the target missions, and ensure know-how sharing and competence management, and leadership development.
Ensure IP protection;
With the Group discipline Director(s) ensure availability of the appropriate resources/expertise;
Encourage and facilitate internal mobility, in line with Valeo Career Paths;
Establish relationships with local Universities and local ecosystems.
