Within Group Transformation, you will be part of the Group Demand & Capacity Management (GDCM) tribe. Our tribe leads Corporate Portfolio Management (“CPM”) — including Multi-Year Change Planning and Value-Based Management — which covers the management of portfolios and enabling the delivery of strategic initiatives / programmes and other initiatives that are part of the enterprise change book of work— to ensure change execution aligns with Euroclear’s strategic ambitions. We deliver structured demand and capacity management, support effective budget and resource allocation, and provide robust performance metrics through digital dashboards. By strengthening transparency and accountability, we empower efficient decision-making and drive value realization across the organization.
