Step into Euroclear’s future with the Group Transformation division, within the Group Finance, Strategy and Transformation organisation. Group Transformation is a key partner in driving strategic change and unlocking new possibilities across the organization. We are on a mission to bring clarity, control, and support to strategy execution, working hand-in-hand with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen change demand management, improve change responsiveness, and evolve our ways of working to support Euroclear’s strategy and enhance organizational effectiveness. Within Group Transformation, you will be part of the Group Demand & Capacity Management (GDCM) tribe. Our tribe leads Corporate Portfolio Management (“CPM”) — including Multi-Year Change Planning and Value-Based Management — which covers the management of portfolios and enabling the delivery of strategic initiatives / programmes and other initiatives that are part of the enterprise change book of work— to ensure change execution aligns with Euroclear’s strategic ambitions. We deliver structured demand and capacity management, support effective budget and resource allocation, and provide robust performance metrics through digital dashboards. By strengthening transparency and accountability, we empower efficient decision-making and drive value realization across the organization.

We are currently looking for an experienced transformation profile to

  • Play a key role in advancing the GDCM Tribe’s transformation by supporting key CPM initiatives and strengthening our corporate portfolio management discipline.
  • Bring structure, simplification and clarity to our processes, governance and ways of working, reducing complexity while ensuring alignment with Trusted FMI standards.
  • Contribute to building a consolidated and value‑driven portfolio view at Group level, reinforcing transparency, prioritisation and effective planning.
  • Support the adoption of improved methodologies, tools and performance indicators (incl. processes, dashboards, OKRs) that enable data‑driven decision making.
  • Act as an integrator across domains, ensuring high‑quality inputs and alignment between stakeholders involved in planning, prioritisation, reporting and portfolio monitoring.
  • Navigate and structure complex organizational situations involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies and constraints

In your role as Transformation Lead, you will:

  • Coordinate and deliver specific CPM transformation deliverables with consistency, traceability and compliance with Group Transformation frameworks.
  • Streamline and mature CPM products (processes, tools, dashboards, governance cadence) to ensure they remain effective, user‑friendly and fit for purpose.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, structured discussions, and clear communication materials.
  • Identify inefficiencies or overlaps in governance and ways of working and translate them into pragmatic improvement actions.
  • Foster a culture of simplification, disciplined execution, transparency, accountability and data‑driven decision making across the transformation ecosystem.
  • Continuously improve the PPM processes based on feedback and organisational maturity

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in leading change & transformation. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables against tight deadlines, whilst being instrumental in delivering change throughout the organisation. For you, change is the norm
  • Experience with implementing new processes, controls and best practices.
  • Proven experience implementing or leading a Project Portfolio Management function or framework
  • Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid environments)
  • Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment with an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
  • Thorough attention to detail and strong analytical aptitude, including the ability to deal with complex data and complex process flows. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders, across divisions, entities, and locations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong, innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Structured, organized, and delivery-oriented mindset.
  • Complexity & Problem Solving: Strong ability to understand, analyse and simplify complex organizational and project issues with a medium level of uncertainty, covering multiple and new domains of expertise. Proven problem-solving skills in environments with medium / high complexity, interdependencies and competing priorities.
  • Decision Making: Uses sound judgment to take decisions within the operational domain. Fosters the development of new/improved procedures and methods within the own operational domain.
  • Strategic Approach/Impact: Masters the delivery process and continuously looks for improvements to evolve own domain of responsibility. Drives the medium-term evolution and looks how actions and decisions can impact on a longer term. Leads the change process at the implementation level.
  • Stakeholders Management: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong facilitation and communication skills with both operational teams and senior leadership. Builds network of internal relationships across the organisation to deliver across domains. Comfortable challenging the status quo and influencing without direct authority. Upon request deals with external stakeholders or regulators as appropriate. Autonomously deals with tensions and disputes, looking for consensus and benefit for the company.
  • Autonomy & Leadership: High level of autonomy, ownership and proactiveness. Works within clearly defined (periodic) targets, with full responsibility of delivery. Provides regular feedback to management on objectives achievements. Has full autonomy on the decisions to be taken about a set of products / services / solutions / applications under one’s own responsibility. May manage a medium team/group in the operational delivery of a sub-part of the business.
