? Prefer to have obtained or willingness to obtain a CDA or Associate in Early Childhood
? Follow LARA licensing guidelines for childcare centers
? Previous knowledge in state licensing, TS Gold (Smart Teach), Creative Curriculum, High Scope, etc. preferred
? Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
? Maintain confidentiality of information regarding all students
? Demonstrate mental/physical ability and stamina for meeting the requirements of this position
? Participate in training pertinent to the assigned position
? Regular attendance and punctuality is required
? Passionate about the education of young students
? Previous experience preferred
? Willingness to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge
? Evidence of good interpersonal skills with colleagues
? Committed to the importance of the student's educational growth and development
? Must have the ability and willingness to work effectively with parents and staff
