Smith is hiring a GSOC Lead Operator to provide frontline leadership within our 24x7x365 Global Security Operations Center. This role serves as the shift leader, responsible for overseeing GSOC operators, ensuring high-quality incident response, and maintaining operational continuity across global security functions. The ideal candidate is an experienced GSOC professional who can lead by example, make critical decisions in real time, and support the development of a high-performing team.
Shift will be either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat 1pm - 11pm
