The GSE Supervisoris responsible forproviding and supervising maintenance support for aviation ground service equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide prompt response to equipment service requests, including, but not limitedtoservicing vehicles & belt loaders (unleaded, diesel, and propane engines), lavatory service trucks, air conditioner carts, ground power units, and more.
UnderstandingPreventative Maintenance Programs and required documentation.
Complete equipment repairs through a disciplined work schedule.
Comply withestablished company safety policies and procedures.
Understanding of applicable Companypurchasingpoliciestoreceive parts.
Ensure the security of supplies and equipment.
Ability to work withinthe localstation maintenance budget.
Exhibitgood communicationskills.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance related to GSE maintenance within the region.
Set up equipment shipments andmonitordeliveries.

Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able tolift upto 32kg.
Must be able to lift heavy objects overhead for extended periods of time.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment.
MinimumRequirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Mustpossessa provincialtechnician license.
Mustpossessan adequate set of mechanical tools.
Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and provide a clean driver’s abstract.
Mustpossessa High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 10 years of employment, criminal record, and residence history.
Qualifications:
Two to threeyears' experiencein general automotive and heavy equipment maintenance to include supervisory experience.
Previoussupervisor experience is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills in the workplacearerequired
The abilityto communicate with customers and fellow employees and serve as a team player under all types of conditions isrequired

Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts.
If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.
