As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. JOB PURPOSE

• Execute shipment planning activities across all geographic regions (GEOs).
• Ensure strict adherence to shipment planning rules across both Kuehne+Nagel and customer systems, while proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for process enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with KN Origin countries and Stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of shipment plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of shipment plans for the designated customer destination markets.
• Prepare and validate shipment plans in accordance with customer-specific rules, optimizing plans to meet operational and business requirements.
• Maintain shipment planning parameters and master data to support seamless process execution.
• Develop reports and conduct performance analysis to support continuous improvement.
• Provide root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any deviations or exceptions to shipment planning rules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business related field
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Sea Logistics
• Preferably with 2+ years Finance/IT/Order Management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Excel- intermediate skills)
• Understanding of the operational processes, systems and tools
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Persistent in problem solving and escalation
• Sensitive with and capable to handle large amount of data
• Independent and responsible with strong analytical mindset
• Ability to support multi‑time‑zone operations and flexibility to work weekends or holidays.
