As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. And by transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world. Main Responsibilities

• Achieve KPI's (performance and productivity)
• Communicate with stakeholders either by telephone or electronically
• Follow Working Instructions / SOP
• Maintain fluent communication with his/her Team Leader and report activities
• Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process he/she is handling.
• Strictly Respect Company Guidelines and Policy (Compliance, Attendance, KN Behaviours)
• Perform based systems Tasks on time and with accuracy (Timeliness, Productivity, Quality)
• Ensure all tasks are completed by end of working shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as needed.
