Join our BeNeLux HR Support team – a dynamic environment offering a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and a wide range of opportunities for professional development. In this role, you will strengthen employer branding by creating employee stories, producing multimedia content, and managing career site presence across BeLux & NL, and ensuring smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives through graphic design, video editing, animation, and AI-driven content creation tools (Adobe, Synthesia).
• Develop creative storytelling formats and produce employee stories that strengthen the employer brand.
• Contribute to the execution of global employer branding campaigns and initiatives across BeLux and Netherlands.
• Create, maintain, and publish internal communications content across various channels.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of employee experience and engagement initiatives across BeLux and Netherlands.
• Oversee shop operations and coordinate sales-related activities across BeLux and Netherlands.
• Provide administrative support by managing documentation, coordinating communications, processing invoices, and ensuring timely follow-up with employees and stakeholders.
