Job Description:

The Global Services (GS) Fleet Regional Operations Associate will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, which includes vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, driver issue resolution, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder management. The GS Fleet Regional Operations Associate will act as a liaison between Leasing Companies (LCs), Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and internal Johnson & Johnson functions. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail, knowledge of local markets’ fleet nuances, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for Emerging Markets across EMEA, while also having opportunities to support initiatives and operational activities in other areas of the EMEA region. As their fleet expertise and regional knowledge continue to grow, they will be expected to broaden their scope and contribute to fleet operations across additional markets, fostering cross-regional collaboration and supporting the overall success of the EMEA Fleet Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operational activities (e.g., vehicle delivery & return, maintenance, repairs, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for fleet-eligible employees by assisting with resolving their fleet-related escalations
• Serve as a support contact and liaison between LCs, FMCs, OEMs, other fleet vendors/suppliers, and internal Johnson & Johnson functions to facilitate fleet operational processes, maintain optimal working relationships, and resolve issues/conflicts that may arise between J&J and its suppliers
• Ensure the right balance between local business needs and J&J’s Global Fleet strategy by collaborating with internal stakeholders (sectors, functions, etc.) to understand and satisfy their requirements (e.g., providing inputs for Fleet demand forecasting, ordering specific vehicle models/specifications, etc.)
• Support implementation of strategies and process improvement opportunities to drive cost-effective and efficient fleet operations in local markets
• Review suppliers’ service delivery against KPIs and service level agreements for quality assurance and adherence to contractual obligations
• Analyze regional and market-level fleet performance data and provide insights to identify cost-effective ways to enable efficiencies
• Resolve escalations stemming from fleet eligible employees (e.g., problems with maintenance, difficulty obtaining pool car, help with replacing a car, etc.)
• Provide regular status updates on the regional fleet activities, escalations and any potential challenges, risks, and issues to the GS Fleet Operations Manager.

Qualification:

Required

• 4+ years of experience in fleet operations, procurement, or related roles
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Turkish is strongly preferred. Candidates with fluency in Hebrew or Greek will also be considered, with preference given in that order based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience in fleet or similar program or portfolio management experience, including managing relationships with FMCs, OEMs, and other suppliers, with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regional regulations

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00
