
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated GS Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to join our Status Setting team within GS Air Logistics.
The purpose of the role is to execute the daily operations and support towards the OCC & Gateway functions within KN Network.
Employees must perform their duties in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established quality standards. Additionally, they should actively engage in critical thinking and on-the-job decision-making while carrying out their assigned tasks. Striving for operational excellence and continuously enhancing operational capabilities are essential expectations.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate Air Logistics knowledge, must have a "can do" mentality and show an ability to communicate and coordinate with internal parties. Also required is actively practicing critical thinking & on-the-job decision making while executing their in-scope activities. A high level of attention to details is a must, coupled with communication and organizational skills. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure + to deal with different cultural backgrounds. Availability for 24/7 support and shifts
• High-quality shipment and process management within agreed SLAs and as per quality requirements
• Shipment Monitoring & Status Setting:
o Status Setting of KN-controlled & non-KN-controlled status
o Route Map review & updates
o 3rd party phone communication w/ carriers/agents
o Carrier & KN Station Mail Communication
o Global Contact List: Inefficiencies Report and Carrier Responsiveness
o Exception reporting and task tagging
o Workload prioritization based on Global SLAs established in accordnace to the Globally defined Timeleness & Completeness KPIs
o Report system & process deviations
o Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing expected results
• Drive continuous improvement / optimization of in-scope activities

Salary: €15.000 – €16.000 gross/year (based on experience)
