The purpose of this function is the operate Semiconductor shipments to the highest standards with the expectation to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
This includes, but is not limited to, transport arrangements, shipment monitoring and active communication with customers and KN stakeholders. Additionally, interaction with third party suppliers is required.
- Semiconductor operational tasks (file creation, status monitoring and updates, flight planning, collection/ delivery requests)
- Customer communication via email or phone
- Communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring timely and accurate execution of individual tasks and/or complete shipments
- Monitoring and correction data quality
- Handling of exceptions, deviations and customer escalations
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
