Tasks and Qualifications:

DIE STELLE BEFINDET SICH IN ASCHAFFENBURG

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie führen die Betriebsbegleitung vor Ort beim Kunden im Schichtdienst entsprechend den vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen aus und sind direkter Ansprechpartner für den Kunden.
  • Sie stehen hierzu in direkten Austausch mit ihrem Vorgesetzten
  • Projektleitung und Mitwirkung in der Angebotserstellung für Modernisierungs/Erweiterungs -Projekte
  • Als der fachlich Vorgesetzter sind Sie für die Umsetzung der geplanten Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten verantwortlich
  • Dokumentations- und Reporting Aufgaben
  • Material- und Ersatzteilmanagement vor Ort
  • Durchführung und Dokumentieren von Standort- und Sicherheitsaudits
  • Schichtplanung und Abstimmung Einsatz- und Wartungsplanung mit dem Kunden
  • Störungsbeseitigung
  • Regalprüfungen, Sicherheitsüberprüfungen
  • Planung & Durchführung von Arbeitsaufträgen
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle der gesetzlichen Arbeitsvorschriften bzgl. der Anlage
  • Berichterstattung an den Kunden bzgl. Störungen und deren Ursache, Ersatzteilverbrauch, besondere technische Vorkommnisse, Verbesserungsvorschläge


Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Elektroniker|in bzw. Mechatroniker|in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • zwingend erforderlich sind Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Instandhaltung und Betriebsbegleitung in einem Produktionsumfeld oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Instandhaltung
  • Intralogistik Produktkenntnisse, idealerweise Palettenfördertechnik, Hochregaltechnik
  • Kenntnisse in SPS S7, PC-Steuerungen und Visualisierungssysteme
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • idealerweise Umgang mit gängigen Software Tools ( wie z..B: Microsoft, Gensuite, Gantic)
