Position: GRP Technician
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Our client, a leading construction company in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a skilled GRP Technician to join their team. As a GRP Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and repairing various glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate GRP products according to specifications and drawings
- Install GRP products on site, ensuring proper fit and functionality
- Repair damaged GRP products using appropriate techniques and materials
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during fabrication or installation process
- Continuously improve processes and techniques to increase efficiency and quality of work.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in GRP fabrication and installation
- Strong knowledge of GRP materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
Salary: AED 3,000 + Food, Accommodation & Transportation
