Who We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Growth, Performance Marketing, and/or CRM (tech or e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Advanced English Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Paid Marketing Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge across paid marketing processes (planning, execution, optimization, and measurement).
• Performance & Measurement Strength: Strong ability to measure campaign success end-to-end and interpret attribution/measurement differences across channels.
• Analytics: Confident using analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to analyze funnels and campaign performance and translate insights into action.
• CRM & Segmentation: Strong understanding of segmentation and audience logic; able to tailor messaging and campaign approach based on segments and competitive context.
• Optimization & Reporting: Proven ability to run reporting cadences and manage continuous optimization based on performance insights.
• Budget Management: Experience managing campaign budgets and evaluating efficiency and ROI.
• Salesforce Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including working through or supporting implementation and adoption processes.
• AI Experience: Practical exposure to AI tools/approaches in analysis, targeting, personalization, or automation.
• Highly Analytical: Strong data mindset, sharp analytical intelligence, and structured problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Own Growth and CRM marketing performance end-to-end: planning, execution, reporting, and continuous optimization.
• Lead budget management and performance reviews; turn insights into clear action plans and optimization priorities.
• Manage and optimize paid marketing activities across channels, ensuring strong measurement and efficiency.
• Measure and report campaign success; analyze and explain attribution/measurement differences to ensure accurate interpretation.
• Use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to analyze user behavior and funnel performance, identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and refine audience and segmentation strategies; shape messaging and campaign approach based on segment needs and behaviors.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen campaign strategy.
• Coordinate CRM audience matching/mapping and campaign processes, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and usable.
• Support Salesforce implementation processes and ensure effective usage for campaign/CRM workflows and performance reporting.
• Apply AI-supported methods to improve analysis quality, targeting accuracy, and campaign efficiency.
