What is GROWTH²?
This 18-month program offers high-potential early-career talent a structured journey across three critical business functions: Sales/Digital Commerce, Brand, and Commercial Finance More than a traditional internship, GROWTH² provides an advanced, cross-functional experience with senior leadership sponsorship, preparing you for and directly leading to Senior Manager roles within P&G upon successful program completion.
You will work on impactful projects, develop strategic business skills, and gain broad exposure that sets you apart as a well-rounded business leader ready to take on complex challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
You will complete three cross-functional rotations in Moscow:
In Sales/eCom: You will learn the fundamentals of customer management, selling and negotiation techniques, retail execution strategies, joint business planning (JBP) basics, and data fluency. You will develop understanding and contribute to KPIs such as Net Sales and Market shares progress, In-store and on-line execution, category/customer plans delivered, JBP milestones, specific project impact results, and personal skills development indicators.
In Brand: You will gain deep insights into consumer understanding, effective communication strategies, category management, brand building principles, and campaign/media fundamentals, including eCom brand media. You will learn to drive and measure contributions to KPIs including brand initiative delivery, insights translation, in-store and digital excellence contributions, project impact results, and personal skills growth.
In Finance: You will develop a strong foundation in commercial finance, focusing on P&L and margin analysis, accurate forecasting, and finance-driven decision-making. You will learn to analyze and impact KPIs such as forecast accuracy, value creation cases, margin waterfall understanding, project outcomes, and personal finance skills development.

What We Offer You:
Competitive base salary: from 195 000 RUB gross monthly, with regular review every 6 months upon successful completion of each rotation.
Monthly l unch & flexibility allowance: 5 000 RUB gross
Hybrid schedule and flexible working hours.
Relocation support: in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence.

Job Qualifications
Higher education degree: recent graduates (up to 3 years after graduation) and final-year master’s students.
Location: The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to location with the company's support).
English language: Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level).
Full-time commitment: Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week).
Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking
Project leadership experience: Proven experience leading projects independently for at least six months, showcasing your ability to take ownership and drive results.
Challenge-driven: Passion for embracing challenging tasks, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and delivering clear, impactful outcomes.
