Your main responsibilities will include :

Steering the Demand Generation strategy and engine seamlessly integrate paid, organic, and targeted (ABM) campaigns.

Pipeline growth generate measurable and repeatable pipeline growth, in close collaboration with Sales and (Product) Marketing.

Performance optimization optimize channel mix, budgets, and conversion funnel performance through data, testing, and experimentation.

Customer journey consistency connect the various commercial activities to create a coherent and effective customer journey.

Leading a dedicated team composed of several webmasters and social media specialists.

Your day-to-day responsibilities :

You will build and optimize the foundations of our lead and demand generation, ensuring that processes and campaigns are perfectly aligned with the commercial organization. More specifically:

Campaign strategy :

• Lead and coordinate external marketing agencies (Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to ensure they fit optimally into the demand strategy.

• Own creative optimization, nurturing workflows, and conversion-focused landing pages.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) :

• Define target account segments (tiered ICP) together with Sales and Product Marketing.

• Execute personalized ABM programs across digital channels.

Funnel management & attribution :

• Track and improve the conversion funnel, from top-of-funnel CAC (cost of acquisition) through to SQLs and pipeline contribution.

• Implement and manage multi-touch attribution models (GA4, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce).

Social media and corporate website management :

• In coordination with the content team, feed the LinkedIn FR and BNL channels to contribute to the demand generation strategy.

• Manage the 3 websites (FR, BE, NL) and turn them into essential components of the demand and lead generation strategy.

Data-driven workflows :

• Integrate AI tools into your workflow to generate ideas faster and strengthen personalization.

• Foster a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and growth.

Analytics & reporting :

• Manage performance dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Salesforce, Google Looker) in collaboration with our marketing data analyst.

• Translate findings into concrete recommendations for marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.

Cross-functional collaboration :

• Work closely with Sales, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and RevOps to deliver on Go-To-Market (GTM) objectives.

• Present insights during QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and contribute to growth planning processes.

Requirements

Your profile :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, growth, operations, or demand generation, ideally in a B2B environment.

• You have proven experience in managing external providers (digital agencies); overseeing multiple agencies in parallel is essential.

• You are a builder and optimizer at heart: you enjoy improving systems and streamlining complex processes.

• You have initial experience managing a team, or feel ready to take on that challenge.

• Hands-on experience with or strong affinity for: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Zapier.

• Analytical mindset, technical skills, and a sharp sense of process.

• Experience with AI or Agentic AI is a plus.

Languages: fluent English and French (Dutch is a plus).

• Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with marketing, sales, and international colleagues.

Mobility: willing to travel regularly to the Netherlands and Belgium to foster collaboration with the teams.
