Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

We’re looking for a Growth Strategy & Planning Ops Specialist to power the execution engine behind our regional growth initiatives — enabling seamless, cross-market delivery and supporting lightweight analysis that sharpens both campaign design and post-campaign performance.

Role:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of in-app campaigns, landing pages, and house ads across regional markets
  • Drive readiness and deployment of all campaign assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time launch
  • Maintain real-time campaign tracking systems to provide visibility across timelines, dependencies, and delivery status
  • Coordinate across Analytics, Research, Media, Creative, Product, Operations, and Country teams to align inputs and secure approvals
  • Lead structured briefing workflows using standardised templates to ensure clarity and execution readiness
  • Support bi-weekly performance reporting by consolidating campaign data and maintaining reporting accuracy
  • Surface key trends, gaps, and insights from campaign performance to inform ongoing optimisation
  • Drive proactive stakeholder follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of assets, localisations, and approvals
  • Monitor campaign timelines end-to-end, identifying risks and escalating potential delays early
  • Support execution of regional growth initiatives and cross-market experiments
  • Continuously refine operational workflows, trackers, and processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2+ years’ experience in campaign operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles within tech or agency environments
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-obsessed, and structured in approach to execution
  • Strong communicator with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed, multi-market environments
  • Data-aware with strong spreadsheet skills and ability to work with basic datasets for reporting
  • Naturally process-driven, with a mindset for improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously without loss of accuracy
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or equivalent tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract
