As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you’ll join the heart of Easyfairs’ headquarters as part of our internal growth strategy & business development team. Working closely with our regions, you’ll contribute to group-wide strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and prepare strategic plans to grow our event across a diverse range of industries they serve — from manufacturing, aesthetics, healthcare, food to education, entertainment and more.
· Prepare strategic roadmaps for existing events with regional teams: from event concept re-designs and competitive scans to customer targeting, based on deep industry value chain analysis
· Support geo-cloning of existing or recently acquired events to new markets
· Track industry trends and white spaces to identify opportunities for new event launches, track the performance of newly launched events in a systematic manner
· Create engaging playbooks that summarise strategies and best practices on group-wide initiatives such as boosting AI, sustainability, start-up presence or innovation at our events
· Support event teams in the logical structuring of the products and solutions to be included in event concepts and related suppliers to target as exhibitors
· Support decision-making on executive level with clear, data-driven, and high-impact presentations
· Coach and recruit a team of interns that support you in your job
· 0-4 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or in-house strategy/growth roles. Ambitious master level graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
· A master’s degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., business, economics, engineering) with a strong academic track record
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills. High degree of curiosity to learn about the industries we serve. High level of pro-activeness
· A collaborative spirit and international mindset. A good sense of humour is most welcome
· Fluency in English, strong command of PowerPoint & Excel
