Our Growth Marketing team works like a startup within the startup: 8 curious minds (designers, developers, and strategists) building experiments at scale aiming to find new distribution channels, optimize our acquisition funnel, and increase the volume and quality of leads. Now, we’re looking for a Growth Specialist focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join the adventure.
Your role? Turn traffic into traction and make it scalable. Starting with Session-to-Lead on paid landing pages — working closely with Performance Managers — you'll speed up experimentation, find winning tests, and drive methodology adoption across the team, before expanding into full acquisition funnel and website/landing page ownership.
The annual salary range for this position is €45,000 to €49,000.
