Your Day-to-Day

New Channel Development

• Develop and scale new acquisition channels.
• Optimize channel performance and processes.

New Product Development

• Support product development through market research and customer insights.
• Define positioning, pricing, and GTM.
• Identify product growth opportunities.

Strategic Planning

• Identify business opportunities through data and market analysis.
• Build business cases and growth experiments.

Project Execution

• Drive cross-functional execution.
• Present performance updates and recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Consulting, Project Management, or related functions.
3. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and scaling.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
5. Experience conducting market research, business case development, and opportunity sizing.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior management.
8. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building new initiatives from scratch.
9. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
