Permanent,Full-time,37 hours per week

Location: Lincolnshirearea - Hybrid with 2 days a week at Enterprise House

A little bit about the role… 

This role has been created to support our independent water company(known as New Appointments and VariationsorNAV)customers, within Development Services.You'llplay a key role in delivering excellent customer service while providing vital administrative, billing and coordination support.

Full training will be provided, butwe'relooking for someone who puts customers at the heart of everything they do.You'llbe flexible,proactiveand organised, with a positive approach, strong attention to detail and a passion for working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.

The role will support the effective management of performance metrics, help reduce revenue risk and contribute to regional growth planning. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders,you'llensure key systems and trackers aremaintained, invoices are produced accurately and progress on new developments is communicated clearly and proactively.

You'llgain valuable exposure to the full customer journey, from pre-development and delivery through to connection and ongoing support. You'llbe responsible fordelivering professional customer service while supporting a range of administrative, billing and coordination activities.Fulltraining will be provided, sodon'tbe put off if you have limited knowledge of NAVs. Ifyou'reorganised, customer-focused, detail-orientedand eager to learn,we'dlove to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include

  • Championing customer service and building long-term relationships with customers across their end-to-end journey with us.

  • Producing and sending invoices, ensuring all NAV billing activities are kept up to date and any queries are answered/resolved promptly.

  • Keeping systems and trackers up to date withrelevantandaccurateinformation.

  • Helping to support customers with our internal processes,systemsandgeneral questionson progressing applications promptly and efficiently.

  • Coordinating and processingbulk supply and discharge agreements, includingtimelylevels of service, trackerupdatesand overseeing the sign-off procedure internally.

  • Produce NAV pre-planning reports, liaising with other teams to ensure they are completed accurately and delivered within agreed service level standards.

  • Responding to customer queries to internal and external stakeholders, including the management of a central mailbox forNAVs

  • Capturing key updates and levels of service information indevelopment folders for internal and external audits.

  • Completion of served status letters to support our customers with regulatory process.

  • Supporting the widerbusinesswith general queries, ensuringtimelyresponses.

  • Responding to Ofwat consultation and variation notices, updating our Asset Health, Regulation, Wholesale Service Centre teams, as well as our development folders during handover.

  • Supporting continuous improvement ofNAVteam outputs and process.

Key requirements for success in this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Experience of providing outstanding customer service.

  • Abilitytowork totight deadlinesand manage your own workload.

  • Ability to work closely in a team, collaborate and build effective relationships.

  • A strong customer focus and ownership for looking after your customers.

  • Ability to adapt to customer requests, flex your approach to customers andidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement in our service.
