We are seeking an experienced Growth Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that support Presbyterian Healthcare Services' growth objectives.
The Senior Program Manager, Growth & Strategic Initiatives is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-impact programs, including ambulatory clinic development, service line expansion, market growth initiatives, and other enterprise priorities. This role partners closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Growth leadership team, and executive stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered successfully across the organization.
This role requires exceptional program management capabilities, strong business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can drive complex initiatives forward while balancing organizational priorities, operational considerations, and growth opportunities.
This position will report to the Director of Planning & Business Development and collaborate across the CGO leadership team and executive stakeholders throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
Remote: Open to remote applicants in the United States, except for California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming.
Hybrid: Individuals residing within 60 miles of Albuquerque are expected to work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
