We are looking for a Growth Product Manager You'll step into a fast-growing, highly competitive niche in content-driven mobile gaming with strong scaling potential, where product decisions translate directly into revenue. This is a role built around ownership: you'll drive monetization and retention strategy end-to-end, run the experiments, read the data, and see your calls show up in the numbers within weeks, not quarters. There's zero bureaucracy here, so if a process is broken or missing, you build it. The work is genuinely complex — pricing, funnels, live-ops, cross-functional alignment, and the ceiling on how far you grow is set by your own ambition, not by the org chart.

• Drive monetization strategy to increase RPD and ARPU through pricing, offers, and funnel optimization

• Improve retention and engagement by enhancing onboarding, content, and user experience

• Plan and execute A/B tests for monetization and retention features, analyze results and iterate

• Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and measure success (RPD, ARPU, LTV, RR)

• Prioritize and manage the backlog using frameworks like RICE, delivering high-impact initiatives on time

• Collaborate with UA, marketing, content, and development teams to align product and growth strategies

• Experience in mobile free-to-play (F2P) games or any apps with proven results in monetization and retention

• Strong understanding of in-app economy design, live-ops, and engagement loops

• Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development

• Ability to analyze KPIs and financial metrics (ARPU, RPD, LTV) and turn insights into product decisions

• Solid experience with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, UA, design, and development

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English, plus Ukrainian for internal and external communication

• You've launched something from zero and cracked product-market fit not by luck, but by learning fast

• You've launched something that didn't work, and made sure you learned from it

• Understanding of narrative-driven products and content performance analytics

• Knowledge of RICE scoring and other prioritization frameworks
