Title - Growth PM, Future Platforms

Location: New York City (On-site, 4–5 days/week)

Our client is building AI-native workflow automation products transforming critical industries including housing and healthcare.

Their platform deeply integrates AI agents into operational workflows to automate manual processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences at scale.

This role sits within a newly formed internal innovation group responsible for launching next-generation AI platforms and entirely new business lines.

This is a rare opportunity to operate like a founder inside a highly capitalized, late-stage AI company — combining startup speed with significant resources, executive visibility, and direct ownership of 0→1 product initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead 0→1 product initiatives from concept through launch and scaled adoption

Identify new market opportunities through customer insight and strategic analysis

Own ambiguous, high-impact product and growth problems end-to-end

Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, and launch execution

Translate customer insights into product direction and roadmap decisions

Partner cross-functionally across product, sales, strategy, and operations

Build scalable operational playbooks for future platform launches

Drive experimentation, iteration, and learning loops

Influence executive-level product and business decisions

Operate with founder-level autonomy and ownership

Lead cross-functional execution without formal authority

Drive market adoption for newly launched products

Work directly with senior leadership on strategic platform expansion

Ideal Candidate Background

4–10 years of experience in product, strategy, growth, consulting, or startup operator roles

Experience leading ambiguous cross-functional initiatives

Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving ability

Experience building or scaling new products / business lines

Strong customer insight and market analysis capabilities

High ownership mindset

Ability to execute rapidly in fast-moving environments

Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions

Comfort operating with limited structure

Experience translating strategy into execution

Strong Signals

0→1 product or business line launch experience

Former founder or startup operator

High-growth startup experience

Consulting (MBB), banking, strategy & ops, or elite operator background

Experience in marketplace, housing, proptech, SaaS, or workflow automation

Strong GTM strategy ownership

Pricing / monetization experience

Product-adjacent operational leadership

Executive-facing strategic work

Comfort making decisions under uncertainty

Ability to blend strategy with hands-on execution
