Campaign velocity & experimentation
Scalable sales lead generation
Tight alignment with business to reach the set growth goals
Effective use of our talent and marketing budget
You lead daily execution, inspire and push team toward results

Fast launch → test → optimize cycles
Consistent pipeline growth across markets
Improving MQL → SQL → Deal conversion rates
Clear marketing ROI and tangible business impact
Who You Are
Strong background in B2B growth / performance marketing
Hands-on, analytical, commercially sharp
Comfortable with ambitious targets and clear accountability
Builder & doer mindset — you ship fast and iterate faster
Experience from a fast-scaling company is a plus
