Job Description

365Scores is a global sports technology hub that offers multiple solutions to dozens of millions of users worldwide. The company provides real-time results, updated stats, original content, aggregated information, customized news feeds, and more. Our products are based on cutting-edge technologies that enable live updates and on-demand content libraries of the highest quality and scale.

This is an entry-level position for someone who is both analytical and action-oriented. You’ll work at the intersection of digital visibility, data & content —helping drive user growth through SEO, operational execution, and scalable marketing processes.

You’ll join a team where learning is constant, performance is measured, and collaboration is key. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s eager to get their hands dirty across digital marketing, web operations, SEO, and cross-team project management—even if you’re just getting started.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital growth initiatives across content, SEO, and product touchpoints to drive visibility, traffic, and user engagement.
  • Support web operations, including content publishing, CMS workflows, and digital asset management.
  • Assist in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery across teams.
  • Monitor routine operational processes and help improve team efficiency.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and basic technical audits to support 365Scores' organic growth in key markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, dev, marketing, product) and external partners to support growth campaigns.
  • Review content and processes to maintain a high-quality user experience.
  • Take part in building and maintaining top-performing web sections and features.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Passionate about sports and excited to help grow a product used by millions globally.
  • Proactive and eager to take ownership and push things forward.
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort working in digital tools and CMS platforms (WordPress is a big plus).
  • Open to learning SEO tools and digital platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Able to manage time, follow through on tasks, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Comfortable in a structured environment while adapting to dynamic business needs.
  • Resilient under pressure, and confident juggling multiple tasks.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
  • Strong sense of ownership—you care about outcomes, not just task completion.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems Engineering, Psychology, or a related field – OR a graduate of an SEO/digital marketing training program (required).
