In this Growth Marketing Student worker role focused on paid social media and website optimization, you’ll be…

• Building LinkedIn and Meta campaigns; launching, tracking, and reporting on paid acquisition initiatives.
• Assisting with website optimization, including design work, language translations, and market localization.
• Processing campaign analytics to align paid media efforts with wider GTM goals and pipeline growth.
• Supporting with related ad hoc tasks.

Who is the Performance Marketing team?

The Performance Marketing team captures digital demand through paid channels, website performance, and conversion optimization, and delivers the analytics that show what's driving customer pipelines. We create the that the rest of marketing, sales, and pipeline reporting relies on.

By driving qualified demand and growth, we work towards our vision of becoming the leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform that empowers organizations to streamline compliance and operate safely, fairly, and efficiently.

What you’ll bring:

• Interest in, or some knowledge of, paid advertising on digital channels.
• More than one year left of your studies in a relevant field focusing on marketing, digital communication, or something similar.
• Curiosity about performance marketing analysis and tracking.
• A self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset that’s eager to take initiative, build relationships, and learn continuously.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability to work 15-20h/week in our office.

Our recruitment process:
