Position Summary:
The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing digital agency performance, managing website strategy, and ensuring marketing initiatives directly translate into measurable patient growth. This role owns marketing accountability, website optimization, and cross-functional alignment with operations to improve intake conversion and overall revenue performance.
Essential Functions:
Agency Oversight & Strategic Alignment
- Lead recurring strategy meetings with external marketing agencies to drive alignment with organizational growth goals.
- Review and approve targeting strategies, messaging, media plans, and budget allocations.
- Validate cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion metrics, and intake performance to ensure ROI.
- Ensure service line priorities and revenue objectives are accurately reflected in campaign execution.
- Hold agency partners accountable to performance benchmarks and growth targets.
Website Ownership & Digital Experience Optimization
- Oversee all website updates, enhancements, and overall digital presence.
- Improve user experience (UX) and optimize conversion pathways across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and execute landing page strategy aligned with service line and geographic growth goals.
- Ensure service pages are optimized for SEO, lead generation, and market expansion.
- Manage website analytics, tracking integrity, and performance reporting.
- Develop and publish blog content to support brand authority and organic growth.
Marketing-to-Operations Integration
- Partner with operations leadership to align marketing demand generation with clinical capacity.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks between marketing, intake, and service delivery.
- Optimize intake scripts, follow-up processes, and lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Develop scalable marketing playbooks to support new location openings and service expansion.
- Lead and support launch marketing initiatives for new clinics and markets.
Reporting & Executive Insights
- Review performance dashboards tied to revenue growth and operational impact.
- Present monthly performance updates and strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Identify market-specific growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Translate marketing metrics into executive-level business impact and revenue outcomes.
Brand & Market Presence Oversight
- Ensure cohesive brand execution and messaging consistency across all locations and service lines.
- Review and approve messaging for community partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
- Ensure community engagement initiatives are aligned with measurable ROI and brand growth objectives.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or healthcare marketing
- 5+ years of experience managing external agencies
- Experience with website management and CRO
