As a Growth Marketing Manager at Twigeo, you will lead growth strategy and run campaigns for some of the world's leading subscription based brands. We are a global team across New York, Los Angeles, Stockholm, and Varna, with the autonomy (and expectation) to push things forward. You'll drive growth and strategic account leadership for our clients by:
Leading client relationships as the day-to-day strategic partner. Mapping out growth plans, presenting data, and taking direct accountability for performance.
Managing and optimizing ad spend across paid social and search (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) to hit target metrics.
Analyzing performance data & creative trends to decode why campaigns win or lose.
Testing new AI tools and workflows to speed up campaign execution, and build better ways of operating.
Collaborating across offices, teaming up with creative leads and analytics specialists in NY, LA, Stockholm, and Varna to raise the bar on your accounts.
Experience: You have a proven track record managing performance marketing budgets, driving measurable account growth, and leading client relationships.
Experience running mobile app-related campaigns is a plus.
Ownership & High Standards: You are a proactive problem-solver who spots account risks early, drives solutions independently, and takes full accountability for results.
Project Management: You are comfortable balancing client priorities, managing several deadlines, and keeping campaign work streams organized.
AI & Workflow Curiosity: You are an active user of integrating AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate reporting, strategy, and execution.
Transparent Leadership: You are an open and direct communicator who thrives on transparent feedback, and want to raise the bar together.
