About MD Billing
MD Billing is a healthcare services and technology company that helps providers solve the problems that cost them the most: lost revenue, compliance risk, operational bottlenecks, and gaps in patient care.
Our service lines include specialty medical billing, full-service revenue cycle management (RCM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), credentialing, AI-driven intelligence systems, and healthcare education. We’re also expanding into workforce productivity solutions for businesses managing distributed teams.
We have strong services across multiple lines and a growing technology division. We’re looking for someone to help us get in front of the right people and turn that into real pipeline.
The Role
This is a demand generation and inbound marketing role. Your job is to build the systems that put MD Billing in front of the right buyers and turn that attention into qualified leads and booked demos.
You’ll be working across MD Billing’s full portfolio of services. That means understanding different buyer pain points, building targeted campaigns for each, and figuring out what channels and messaging actually convert for each audience.
The audiences you’ll be reaching:
Medical practices and provider organizations dealing with revenue leakage, billing complexity, compliance burden, or gaps in chronic care and remote monitoring
Small and mid-size businesses looking for better visibility into workforce productivity and operations
We’re focused on results. The goal is qualified leads and booked demos, and you’ll have the room to figure out the best way to get there.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute inbound marketing and demand generation strategies across MD Billing’s service lines
Build positioning and messaging that speaks to real pain points—revenue loss, compliance risk, operational inefficiency, care gaps—not feature lists
Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, CTAs, and conversion paths that drive qualified leads
Run paid digital marketing campaigns (search, social, display) and optimize based on cost per lead and demo conversion
Set up and maintain analytics and tracking so performance is measurable
Support SEO and content marketing initiatives that drive organic inbound traffic and lead quality
Report on what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re doing about it
How We Measure Success
We’ll set targets together, but here’s what we track:
Cost per qualified lead (CPL) by service line
Lead-to-demo conversion rate
Booked demos and qualified meetings per week/month
Customer acquisition cost (CAC) as data matures
Organic traffic growth and keyword rankings for target service pages
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing with measurable lead generation or pipeline results
Experience building and running inbound marketing campaigns across multiple audiences or service lines
Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or similar)
Comfortable with analytics tools and marketing attribution—you make decisions with data
Strong written communication—you can write landing page copy and ad copy that connects with the audience
Nice to have (not required):
Healthcare marketing experience (medical billing, RCM, CCM, RPM, credentialing, or provider services)
B2B SaaS or services demand generation experience
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools for research, content, and workflow automation
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60,000–$85,000 depending on experience and track record.
Performance-based bonuses tied to role outcomes and performance reviews.
Benefits include:
401(k) with matching
Health, dental, and vision insurance
HSA
Life insurance
Employee Assistance Program
Paid time off
Schedule & Location
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Growth Path
This role starts across MD Billing’s full service portfolio. As the company grows and our technology division scales, there is a clear path to own demand generation for a dedicated product line with its own roadmap and market.
