We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for our DACH region to join the dynamic marketing team at Commify. This pivotal role is focused on driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the unique demands of the DACH market.

The role:

The successful candidate will develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive growth marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue within the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and global marketing to deliver localized campaigns and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with local sales teams to design and launch highly targeted campaigns focused on our most valuable accounts within the ICP.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Craft smart, automated workflows using HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo—with comprehensive training on Marketo as we transition platforms.
  • SEO & AI-Optimised Content: Team up with our agency and Global SEO Manager to elevate content that ranks high on search engines and resonates across AI platforms.
  • PR, Branding & Content Marketing: Drive impactful thought leadership and conversion-focused content throughout the funnel; initially collaborate with the Head of Marketing EMEA to manage the PR agency, moving toward independent oversight.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance the customer journey from initial touchpoint through sales-qualified lead, supported by global teams in Design, SEO, Website, and CRM.
  • Campaigns, Launches & Market Analysis: Spearhead exciting product launches, monitor campaign success, conduct competitive analysis, and uncover fresh opportunities to sharpen our strategy.
  • PPC, Paid Media & Budget Management: Work closely with the Head of Marketing EMEA to strategically manage the DACH budget, oversee regional SEO and PPC initiatives, optimize spend, and maximize ROI with agency collaboration.

The Person:

  • Exceptional Writing Talent: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, crafting clear, engaging, and professional content perfectly tailored for digital platforms.
  • Energetic & Motivated: Embrace a can-do spirit with a strong desire to take ownership, find creative solutions, and continuously enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Marketing Experience: Preferably have worked in a dynamic marketing, communications, or support role; recent graduates or those with equivalent professional experience are warmly welcomed.
  • Organizational & Project Management Skills: Skilled at juggling multiple deadlines and smoothly coordinating logistics, especially for events and content publication.
  • You are ambitious, eager to learn, and driven—qualities we deeply appreciate and actively foster.
  • Fluency in German is essential, as native proficiency is required.
