As we enter our next phase of growth, we need a Growth Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between brand awareness and sales performance.
Your Role
As our Growth Marketing Manager, your primary mission is to fuel the B2B sales funnel. You won't just be managing a brand; you will be building the engine that identifies, captures, and nurtures leads from the world’s top game studios.
We need a Growth Architect someone who understands the B2B buyer journey and can execute a mix of digital demand gen, high-touch events, and sales enablement to help our sales team close deals.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership: Design and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns that generate high-quality leads (MQLs) and warm conversations for our sales team.
Event Strategy & Support: Assist with the strategy & own marketing support of events at major industry events (GDC, Gamescom, etc.). You’ll work with our Head of New Business on everything from high-level strategy and ROI tracking to booth execution and private VIP networking events.
Sales Enablement & Collateral: Partner closely with the Sales team to create the "ammo" they need to win: pitch decks, data-backed case studies, and ROI calculators that prove Wehype’s value.
Performance CRM: Beyond just "sending emails," you will build automated nurture sequences that move prospects through the funnel based on intent and behavior.
Content for Conversion: Produce thought leadership (white papers, webinars, and industry reports) specifically designed to attract Director, VP and C-level decision-makers in the gaming space.
GTM & Product Marketing: Launch new features and services with a focus on market fit, pricing communication, and competitive positioning.
Who You Are
B2B Growth Specialist: You have a proven track record of managing a B2B funnel and understand the long sales cycles of the enterprise/gaming world.
Event Pro: You know that events are about more than just "showing up"—you are obsessed with pre-event outreach and post-event conversion.
Data-Obsessed: You live in your CRM and analytics tools. You measure success by pipeline generated and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), not just "likes" or impressions.
Strategic & Scrappy: You can build a 12-month growth roadmap on Monday and personally execute a LinkedIn ad campaign on Tuesday.
Gaming Fluent: You understand the nuances of the gaming industry and how to speak the language of game publishers and developers.
