What you’d be doing in this role

Marketing at Canva exists to make Canva the most loved brand in the world—and International is one of our biggest growth drivers. Benelux, with a strong focus on the Netherlands, is one of our fastest-growing and highest-potential markets, with a digitally native population and a rapidly evolving creator and digital education ecosystem.

To unlock the next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can translate global strategies into high-impact local execution.

In this role, you’ll drive scalable user acquisition, activation, and engagement across paid and organic channels—building a high-performing growth engine and making Canva more discoverable, accessible, and valuable to millions of users across the region.

You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, creative experimentation, and local market insight—working closely with both the Benelux Country Team and global partners to deliver measurable business impact.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Driving Canva’s growth marketing strategy in Benelux, with a strong focus on the Netherlands, translating global priorities into local execution

• Scaling user acquisition and engagement through performance channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms

• Leading creative experimentation to identify high-performing messaging, formats, and campaigns that resonate with local audiences

• Optimizing marketing performance across channels, improving ROAS, CAC efficiency, retention, and incremental growth

• Building and refining experimentation frameworks to unlock scalable growth opportunities

• Delivering clear, data-driven insights and reporting to inform both local and global growth strategies

You’re probably a match if

• You have experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing—ideally within high-growth consumer tech environments

• You bring strong expertise across paid media channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and understand key performance levers like ROAS, attribution, incrementality, and retention

• You have a deep understanding of the Dutch and broader Benelux digital ecosystem, media landscape, and consumer behavior

• You’re a fluent or native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills

• You’re highly analytical, with a strong experimentation mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies

• You thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence stakeholders without direct authority

• You’re proactive, ownership-driven, and motivated by delivering measurable growth impact

About the team

You’ll be part of the Canva Benelux Country Team, working closely with the Country Manager, Brand Marketing Lead, Community & Education, and Localization teams—alongside local creative, media, social, and influencer agency partners.

You’ll also collaborate deeply with global teams across Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Growth, Creative, and Data & Analytics. Together, we unlock scalable growth through experimentation, creativity, and deep local insight.
