Overview

Microsoft.com is evolving from a content publishing channel into an AI-powered decision platform and growth engine. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Growth & Experimentation team and help improve priority customer journeys through insight-led growth strategy, experimentation, personalization, and disciplined execution. In this role, you will translate business goals, customer needs, and performance signals into focused growth opportunities and measurable programs. You will partner with site managers, product marketing, UX, analytics, engineering, media, and agency teams to develop hypotheses, activate tests and journey improvements, and scale approaches that increase qualified engagement, conversion, lead generation, pipeline influence, and revenue outcomes. We are looking for a growth marketer who combines customer empathy, analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and cross-functional execution. This candidate will have the ability to move from insight to action, communicate clear recommendations, and build a repeatable test-and-learn practice across a complex portfolio.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. • Partner with experimentation managers, who build and manage the experimentation portfolio, to translate priority growth levers into testable opportunities; use results to refine the strategy and scale proven approaches across businesses.
  • Influence site managers, product marketing, UX, analytics, engineering, media, and agency partners to embed proven growth levers into business plans, roadmaps, campaigns, and customer experiences.
  • Establish clear success measures, track adoption and impact across businesses, and create feedback loops that continuously improve growth playbooks and investment decisions.
