Position Summary

As a Growth Marketing Manager on our B2B Marketing & Sales team, you’ll own the execution and optimization of integrated demand generation programs across organic, inbound, paid, and email channels. This remote role, based in the United States or Canada, is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands the technical layer behind modern B2B growth — from SEO, AEO, GEO, and CRO to marketing automation, website performance, analytics, and AI-enabled execution.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing Strategy, B2B, and work closely with performance analysts, content specialists, sales partners, GTM teams, digital advertising teams, and client-facing program leads to turn campaign strategy into measurable pipeline impact.

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across organic, inbound, paid, and email channels with clear pipeline objectives and KPIs at each funnel stage.
• Develop go-to-market campaign programs, including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, asset briefs, launch sequencing, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with digital advertising teams on paid social and search campaign strategy and briefing, bringing audience insight, messaging direction, and optimization recommendations.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams on campaign launches by delivering briefing materials, demand signals, campaign updates, and performance insights they can act on.
• Track organic social and thought leadership content as demand generation channels, monitoring engagement-to-pipeline contribution and feeding insights back to the content team.
• Own organic search strategy, including keyword research, topic clustering, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis aligned to pipeline intent.
• Build content and page structures optimized for AEO and GEO, helping content surface in AI-generated summaries, LLM citations, and conversational search results.
• Monitor AI engine visibility alongside traditional search rankings and brief content teams on emerging gaps, trends, and opportunities.
• Lead CRO across key landing pages and campaign pages by developing hypotheses, testing improvements, and implementing changes that move conversion metrics.
• Manage form strategy, lead capture logic, and marketing automation workflows, including nurture sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle triggers, and CRM sync.
• Maintain working knowledge of tag management, UTM architecture, site speed, and Core Web Vitals to diagnose issues and collaborate credibly with web and RevOps teams.
• Use AI tools — including Claude and Microsoft Copilot — as a core part of planning, research, audience analysis, copy iteration, campaign briefing, workflow development, and reporting.
• Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that help the team work faster, improve quality, and increase output capacity over time.
• Translate campaign briefs into live programs, surface performance insights that sharpen future campaigns, and own your contribution to pipeline.

• Have 5–7 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, professional services, or a B2B marketing services environment.
• Have demonstrated success owning and executing multi-channel demand generation programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Bring strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, plus practical experience with AEO and GEO as emerging visibility channels.
• Are proficient in at least one major marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot or Marketo, including workflow building, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
• Have hands-on experience using tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Understand technical marketing concepts such as GTM, UTM frameworks, form logic, tracking QA, and basic web performance.
• Are analytical and data-driven, with the ability to define success before launch, measure rigorously, and use results to guide the next decision.
• Bring an experimentation mindset — you test, document, scale what works, and move quickly from what does not.
• Have demonstrated experience shipping work with AI tools as a productivity and quality multiplier.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, whether writing a sharp campaign brief, a senior stakeholder update, or a structured performance report.
• Are comfortable working in a high-level client-facing environment with occasional travel for client or team offsites.
• Thrive in a role that values speed, rigor, creativity, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

It will be a plus if you:

• Have experience working in an agency, embedded contractor, or multi-client environment while managing concurrent programs.
• Have hands-on experience building or refining ABM programs, including account selection, intent signal integration, and personalized campaign orchestration.
• Are familiar with intent data platforms such as 6sense, Bombora, Clay, or equivalent tools, and know how to operationalize signals in campaign targeting and sales handoff.
• Have experience briefing or managing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, including knowing what makes a strong brief and how to interpret performance data.
• Are comfortable building process in ambiguous environments — writing the playbook while running the play.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, Registered Retirement Savings Plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
