As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will serve as the voice of the customer while leading some of Maverik's highest-impact growth marketing programs. This role combines customer-focused marketing, innovation, emerging technology, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer engagement, increase store visits, grow basket size, and generate measurable business results. You'll partner closely with teams across the organization to identify growth opportunities, launch new initiatives, and help shape the future of Maverik's marketing strategy.
This role plays a key part in Maverik's long-term growth strategy by identifying, launching, and scaling marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The Growth Marketing Manager helps ensure Maverik stays ahead of changing customer expectations, emerging technologies, and industry trends while maintaining a customer-first approach.
This position will be on-site at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters.
Hybrid Office: 4 days in office, 1 day optional work from home.
Occasional travel is required for conferences, vendor meetings, market visits, and events, averaging approximately 5-6 trips per year.

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000/year DOE and Bonus Opportunities
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
