Job Description

Healthcare’s helping hand.

CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.

Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

At CHG Healthcare, we connect physicians and advanced practice providers with the opportunities that fit their lives. Our marketing team plays a direct role in making that happen, and we're looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to help us do it better.

A Division of CHG Healthcare is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Customer Products team. This team drives provider awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels, connecting the right physicians and advanced practice providers to the right opportunities at the right time. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, identify growth opportunities across the full funnel, and coordinate across channel teams to drive measurable business results. This role will report to the Sr. Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Management

  • Propose, develop, and lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through completion, including campaigns that support specific business priorities such as promotions, referral programs, provider engagement initiatives, and seasonal or market-driven opportunities
  • Translate business priorities into campaign briefs that define audience, channel mix, messaging, KPIs, and timeline; serve as the campaign lead keeping all workstreams on track
  • Collaborate with creative, paid media, email, and web teams to bring campaigns to life serving as the campaign lead who keeps all workstreams aligned and on schedule
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different specialties, programs, or audience segments, maintaining clarity on priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Evaluate campaign performance post-launch, document learnings, and apply insights to future campaigns to continuously raise the bar on results

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Serve as the connective tissue between paid media, lifecycle/email, web, and creative teams, ensuring integrated strategies, coordinated execution, and shared accountability for funnel outcomes
  • Partner with each channel team on strategy and execution: paid media on targeting and investment mix; email on nurture and segmentation; web on CRO and A/B testing; creative on briefs and messaging

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Develop annual growth marketing plans spanning awareness through conversion and retention; maintain a prioritized backlog of tests and initiatives
  • Design and run structured tests across channels and funnel stages; document hypotheses, results, and learnings to build institutional knowledge
  • Identify friction points in the conversion funnel and drive initiatives to address them; continuously evaluate channel mix and reallocate toward higher-performing approaches

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Own the growth marketing performance narrative, tracking KPIs across the full funnel (CPA, CVR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, pipeline contribution) and connecting them to business outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with sales division partners; monitor lead quality and pull-through at the marketing-to-sales handoff

Qualifications

  • Strong data fluency. Candidate can pull insights from dashboards and analytics tools and translate them into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience building and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis.
  • Full-funnel marketing mindset with working knowledge of paid media, email, CRO, and SEO at a strategic level.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Working proficiency with AI tools to support daily tasks and decision-making.
  • You're a fit if you're someone who gets energized by figuring out why something isn't working, building a plan to fix it, and seeing it through. You're organized enough to keep multiple projects moving, analytical enough to back your decisions with data, and collaborative enough to bring a lot of stakeholders along with you.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in growth marketing, integrated marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, web, email, creative, and analytics teams

Preferred

  • Background in healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce strongly preferred.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with SQL or marketing data warehouses
  • Experience building or managing a structured testing or experimentation program
