Position
Growth Marketing Manager

Own and scale pipeline generation across channels through managing campaigns, optimizing through data, and using AI-driven execution. This role is responsible for turning strategy into measurable demand, driving qualified pipeline.

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, webinars, retargeting)

  • Own campaign strategy, roadmap, and performance optimization

  • Build andoptimizefunnel conversion across acquisitiontomeetings

  • Partner with content and product to activate messaging in market

  • Manage acquisition channels and budget allocation

  • Analyze performance and iterate using data and AI tools

AccountabilitiesResults/Success for this role

  • Consistent growth in qualified pipeline andnew logo accounts engaged

  • Improved conversion rates across funnel stages

  • Scalable campaign systems and repeatable playbooks

Required QualificationsSkills/Competencies

  • 4–7+ years incampaigns, demand gen, oraccount-basedmarketing

  • Strong experience withaccount-basedmarketing,email, and campaign execution

  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and metrics

  • Highly analytical and experimentation-driven mindset

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with AI tools for campaign execution and optimization

  • Bias toward action, speed, and iteration
