Job Description

We’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us drive some ambitious goals—including driving a 30% year-on-year increase in marketing-sourced revenue. Reporting to the CMO, you'll play a key role in refining our demand generation strategies, improving lead quality, and driving innovative acquisition and content initiatives.
This isn’t a role where you’ll just be executing tasks—you’ll be shaping our growth strategy, working closely with Sales, and making a direct impact on the business. About the Role

  • Lead the development of awareness, demand generation, and nurture programs, making sure they align with our growth goals.
  • Own and optimise AEO/SEO, CRO, and SEM, focusing on scaling funnel growth while keeping costs low.
  • Refine our lead nurturing strategy and attribution model to improve conversions using our tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach).
  • Manage and own Plexus’s HubSpot and conversational AI instance, ensuring campaigns and processes scale with our growth
  • Develop thought leadership and persona-based content marketing (e.g. articles, guides, webinars) that drives demand.
  • Track and measure campaign effectiveness and marketing performance, using data to make informed decisions.
  • Improve our lead hand-off process, giving SDRs better insights to boost sales accepted leads and opportunities by 20%+.
  • Enhance our self-registration funnel for Promotion Wizard, contributing to 30% of its revenue.

Your Background

  • You’re an experienced Growth Marketer with 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or even better—legal or financial tech. You’ve built and executed digital-first marketing strategies that drive real results, and you know what best-in-class demand generation looks like. 

  • This role is a mix of strategy and execution—one day, you’ll be deep in campaign performance data, the next, you’ll be brainstorming high-level marketing plans with senior leadership. You also know how to partner with Sales and work cross-functionally with SDRs.
