The Growth Marketing Manager plans and manages multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive partner acquisition, product adoption, and license growth. You turn business priorities into clear campaign plans, coordinate execution with cross functional teams, and report on performance with a focus on measurable impact.

You will manage campaigns within assigned squads and work closely with the Squad Lead to translate priorities into executable marketing plans. You’ll partner with content, paid media, creative and product stakeholders to bring initiatives to market and support Sherweb’s revenue goals. This role is a mix of planning, coordination, and hands-on execution in a partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Build campaign plans based on business goals, audience insights and performance data.
  • Write and iterate integrated marketing briefs for assigned initiatives.
  • Coordinate multi-channel execution across email, paid media, webinars, events, ABM and other channels.
  • Manage day-to-day timelines, deliverables and cross functional collaboration to keep campaigns on track.

Performance & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign KPIs and surface insights that guide improvements.
  • Partner with Leads to align on objectives, pacing and performance adjustments.
  • Contribute to testing plans, reporting templates and dashboard refinement to support better decision making.

Audience & Messaging:

  • Apply segmentation and persona insights to target the right audiences with relevant messaging.
  • Recommend content, creative angles and execution ideas that strengthen campaigns.

Process & Collaboration:

  • Participate in retrospectives and share insights that improve future planning.
  • Flag operational issues and propose process improvements when needed.
  • Communicate workload, risks or prioritisation conflicts early.
  • Partner effectively with content, creative and paid teams to support timely and high-quality execution.

Communication & Leadership:

  • Bring forward ideas during planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Identify blockers early and advocate for solutions.
  • Support hiring and onboarding by sharing team knowledge and perspective.
  • Represent the partner experience in campaign decisions and messaging.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation.
  • Experience planning and managing multi channel campaigns from brief to reporting.
  • Strong understanding of digital tactics including email, PPC, webinars, ABM and SEO or SEM.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend changes.
  • Clear English written and verbal communication skills. French is an asset.

  • Comfortable working in a cross functional environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience with tools such as Dynamics, Google Analytics and ad platforms.
  • Experience marketing to MSPs, VARs or software resellers in the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with partner recruitment, product adoption or licence expansion initiatives.

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
